  My wife purchased a new rabbit hutch and the guys helped her load it in the back of our truck. On the way home, wind caught the hutch and blew it right out of the back of the truck and it was damaged. Staff hurried out to the street and picked the hutch up for us but my wife was distraught that a brand new product was so severley damaged. After some discussion, the manager Quinn allowed us to return the hutch and they are replacing it with a new one. Although it is unclear where the responsibility should fall for this incident, Quinn and Santa Ynez Seed & Feed stepped up to the plate and did the right thing! Thank you and we will be back!
